School places for September 2024 will be confirmed to parents by Westminster City Council on 1st March 2024. If your child was not successful at gaining a place at Paddington Academy, you should contact Westminster City Council Admissions team where you will be able to find out what to do next.

Determined Admission Arrangements Notice 2024/25
In accordance with Regulation 17 of the School Admissions Regulations 2012, admission arrangements must be formally determined by the responsible admission authority. Access here the guidelines from Westminster City Council.
The Governing Body at Paddington Academy formally determine the admission arrangements for the academic year of entry 2024/25. No changes were made to the admission arrangements from the previous year with the exception of statutory dates and a copy of the policy is available for your view here.

In accordance with Regulation 21 of the Regulations and Section 88 of the SSFA 1998, any person or body who considers that any maintained school or academy arrangements are unlawful, or not compliant with the Code or relevant law relating to admissions, can make an objection to the Schools Adjudicator.
